As the year 2008 marks the 175th Anniversary of
Thai-U.S. Diplomatic Relations, we take this opportunity to bring
“The Best of Thailand”
to Washington, D.C.
“Thai Festival 2008” is designed to make Thailand better known to the American public. We are planning to bring the best of Thailand in arts, culture, and national treasures to the eyes of the American people. Apart from an exhibition on the history and the current state of relations between our two countries, the event will also feature staged cultural and music performances, parade, Thai cuisine, handicraft, Thai massage, Thai kick boxing and many others.
